I was so scared that I'd lost love forever. I was grateful to find it in the last place I would have thought to look.
Now I know that love comes in many forms, and I don't have to be in love - or even in like - with a guy, to know and feel true love. It's the greatest lesson I've ever learned.

It's funny how that lesson pops up and smacks you in the face. I found it when my Pumpkin was born...heart broken and looking for love in some pretty not so good places, the moment I held her and she looked at me...I fell in love with her right then and there.

I love that Sue hangs out with me and we talk about stupid boys/people while we take photos of ugly shoes and buy the pretty ones.
